My Story

The Evolution of LEAD Whole

LEAD Whole was born from years of coaching, training, leadership development, business building, ministry, and lived experience. Today, it serves women leaders and organizations through a wholistic leadership approach that helps leaders grow from the inside out.

Our Mission

LEAD Whole exists to equip women leaders and organizations with the emotional maturity, spiritual grounding, strategic leadership, and identity-based confidence needed to lead with clarity, wholeness, and lasting impact.

From the Inside Out

My leadership journey began with a calling to help women rise. Over the years, that calling grew into coaching, teaching, training, business development, publishing, and mentoring.



I spent more than 16 years helping women grow in confidence, purpose, and leadership. I also previously operated a full business center for women, creating space for development, strategy, and support.



Over time, I saw that leaders need more than strategy. They need emotional intelligence, spiritual grounding, identity, and wholeness. LEAD Whole was created to bring those pieces together for both individuals and organizations.
